01What changes

Requests stop turning into queues

The difference isn't your team learning one more tool. It's a request no longer becoming a ticket, a budget and a wait — and becoming something the person solves that same week.

02Format

Weekly sessions, at your company's pace

Sessions are live, and the content is adjusted to the participants' level and to the needs each department brings.

Open to the whole company

General session 1h per week

From interns to the board, whatever the department or technical level. This is the session that spreads the method and makes knowledge circulate between teams that normally never talk.

  1. Concepts, features and what's new
  2. Live hands-on demonstrations
  3. The most common questions and blockers
  4. A look at what the team built that week

One department at a time

Department session 1h per week

This is where the department's real process hits the table and becomes automation. The order of departments is defined together with you, based on priority and each team's availability.

  1. Understanding the department's process
  2. Real tasks done live
  3. Guided tool building
  4. Review of what was left from last week

Extra sessions

On demand Any business day

One-on-one or in groups, for specific needs. Requested 24 hours in advance, subject to availability, and always confirmed before anything is charged.

  1. Training for people who just joined
  2. Deeper dives by role or project
  3. Support on a specific deliverable
  4. Free cancellation up to 3 hours before

This is the Full Program schedule. The Essential plan keeps only the one-hour general session, and the Acceleration plan increases the hours according to how many departments take part. The time slots become a fixed commitment in the company calendar — that's what keeps the rhythm and prevents training from being the first thing dropped on a busy week.

03How it works

Three steps until the team works on its own

No sales funnel. You leave the diagnosis with a plan, and you leave the first weeks with your team's first automation running.

  1. Free diagnosis

    Step 1 30 min

A 30-minute video call. We map the departments, the processes that hurt most, the team's level and the tools you already use. You leave with a proposed program and a cost estimate.

instead of 2 or 3 sales meetings

  2. A program built for your team

    Step 2 Built for you

The content is chosen from the needs that came up in the diagnosis and adjusted to each group's level. It can be online, on-site or both, with the schedule agreed together with you.

instead of an off-the-shelf course that ignores your process

  3. Team building on its own

    Step 3 First weeks

In the first sessions the team gets its first automation working. From there the content moves forward according to the needs that come up.

instead of months figuring it out alone

The steps we repeat in every session

  1. Understand the problem
  2. Organise the need
  3. Pick the right tool
  4. Give clear context and instructions
  5. Plan the execution
  6. Build the solution
  7. Test and review the result
  8. Find the limits
  9. Improve
  10. Repeat the method on your own

The participant is the one learning; the instructor guides. The goal isn't handing over text to copy and paste — it's making the team able to research, build, check and improve their own solutions after the session ends.

04Content

What your team learns

Nothing is fixed. The topics below are put together according to what your company needs and each group's level.

First steps with AI

How the tool works, the difference between chatting with AI and putting it to work, how to write clear instructions, give context, hand over a task and check the result. Includes handling confidential information.

For everyone

Claude Code in practice

The main focus of the program. Organising projects, folders and files, understanding code that already exists, creating automations, pages and small tools, running commands, testing, fixing and recording what was done.

From basic to advanced

Claude Cowork for documents

Working with documents, spreadsheets and files: organising, comparing, pulling information from several sources, putting together research, reports and presentations, and reviewing what the AI produced.

For everyone

Automations and advanced features

How to teach the tool to follow your company's standards, connect it to other systems, and create specialised assistants the team reuses day to day.

Intermediate and advanced

Projects applied to your company

Taking a real need from the team all the way to a working solution: choosing the case, building the first version, testing, adjusting, writing it down and deciding whether it's worth using day to day.

Hands-on

Similar tools, such as OpenAI Codex, show up as a comparison when it makes sense for the case. The program's focus is Claude Code.

05Hands-on projects

The difficulty your team brings in becomes a solution that same week

Participants are encouraged to bring real tasks into the session. Whenever possible, each one becomes a small project taken from start to finish.

What teams usually bring

  1. A manual task that repeats every week
  2. A process that eats too much time
  3. Organising and analysing information
  4. A recurring calculation done by hand
  5. A document or presentation that repeats
  6. An automation idea parked for months
  7. A system need stuck in the queue
  8. A productivity bottleneck everyone knows about

How each project is run

  1. Understand the problem
  2. See how the process works today
  3. Define the expected result
  4. Choose the tool
  5. Build the first version
  6. Test and check
  7. Adjust
  8. Write down how to use it
  9. Agree on the next steps

These projects are for learning and demonstration. If one needs to become a system for the whole company, with maintenance and support, that is assessed and quoted separately — and FluencerAI builds it, if you want.

06Who it's for

Teams from every area, with no need to know how to code

  • Executives and partners
  • Managers and coordinators
  • Specialists and analysts
  • Technology team
  • Business areas
  • Finance and controlling
  • Marketing and sales
  • Assistants and interns

No prior study of programming or artificial intelligence is required. Sessions are run in a way that is accessible to people who have never written a line of code, without holding back the depth for those already on the technical side — both fit in the same session. Each person applies the tools according to their own role.

07Security

The final decision still belongs to people

What we reinforce in every session

  1. Protecting confidential information
  2. Controlling what the tool can access
  3. Removing sensitive data from the examples
  4. Human review of every result
  5. Double-checking calculations and information
  6. Keeping track of changes made to files
  7. People staying responsible for the final decision

Whenever possible, exercises use fictitious, public or de-identified data.

What is not included

  1. Full development of systems for the company
  2. Maintenance and support of applications
  3. Setting up servers and infrastructure
  4. Complete integrations between systems
  5. Moving data between systems
  6. Security audits
  7. Day-to-day operation of the automations
  8. Responsibility for legal, financial or strategic decisions

Needs of that kind can be assessed and quoted separately, as a project.

08Outcome

What the team starts doing on its own

As the program moves forward, participants are expected to be able to:

  1. Use Claude Code and Claude Cowork on their own
  2. Pick the right tool for each task
  3. Turn a confusing problem into a clear task
  4. Automate manual and repetitive work
  5. Create calculations and small internal tools
  6. Work with many documents and files at once
  7. Produce reports and presentations faster
  8. Take an idea all the way to a working solution
  9. Look critically at what the AI delivers
  10. Spot chances to improve their own process
  11. Teach the method to other departments
  12. Depend less on outside help

The result that matters isn't a list of tools learned. It's the team taking a day-to-day difficulty and turning it into a solution that same week.

10FAQ

Questions that always come up

Do participants need to know how to code?

No. Most participants come from business areas. Sessions are run in a way that's accessible to people who have never written code, while those already on the technical side go deeper in parallel — both fit in the same session.

Is the content the same for every company?

No. The program is built from what comes up in the diagnosis and keeps being adjusted with the tasks the team itself brings to the sessions. Two companies rarely end up with the same sequence of sessions.

How many people can take part?

The general session is open to the whole company, with no limit. The department session works best with 4 to 15 people, which is when you can take a real process and build it together on screen.

Do you use our company data in the sessions?

Only with authorisation and at the level you define. Whenever possible, exercises use fictitious, public or de-identified data. Handling confidential information is a recurring topic of the program, not an appendix.

Is it a recorded course?

No. Sessions are live, with your team's tasks on screen. Recordings are available for anyone who couldn't attend, but what really counts is building together.

Can we stop whenever we want?

Yes. Just give 10 days' notice. There's no lock-in and no penalty.

What if we want you to build the solution, not just teach it?

You can have both. The training makes the team independent; when a project needs to become a system for the whole company, FluencerAI quotes and builds it separately.

Does it work on-site?

Yes. The default is live and online, which is what keeps a weekly rhythm possible. On-site sessions and one-day immersions are arranged separately, with travel and lodging covered by the company.

Claude only, or other tools too?

The focus is Claude Code and Claude Cowork, because that's where the distance between having an idea and seeing the thing work is shortest today. Similar tools show up as a comparison when they fit the case.

How do you know it's working?

By the cases that leave the drawing board. Each cycle we record what was built, who built it and what it unblocked. If after a few months nobody has shipped anything, the program isn't working — and we'll say so before you do.
